talentwork provides career development services including resume writing, resume broadcasting, resume critique, cover letter writing, verification services, job search assistance, interview preparation, and related career tools. 3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Service delivery timelines begin once order confirmation and all required documents are received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. User Obligations

• Submit documents required for the service (such as your current resume, educational records, or employment details) in a timely manner.
• Not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and templates — is the property of talentwork or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific employment results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, talentwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless talentwork, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
